5 Great Reasons Why You Should Hire A Personal Trainer…

16/05/2017

With the help of a personal trainer you can drastically improve your health, enhance your body shape and boost overall performance in everyday life: at work, at home, you name it!

You can definitely achieve great results alone (especially with all the free information out there!) but in my opinion it’s always best to reach out to a professional. An expert will give you that all important tailored guidance, support, and help you to reach your goals much more quickly than doing it alone!

Here are 5 Great Reasons Why You Should Hire A Personal Trainer…

#1 Accountability

When you sign up with a personal trainer you have committed to a bunch of sessions. If you don’t train you don’t get results and you also lose your money!

Lets’ say you purchase 20 sessions and have paid for them upfront,  you are far more likely to turn up to sessions and give your best – otherwise you may as well flush your money down the toilet!

#2 Technique

Excellent technique is absolutely paramount to achieving great results.  A good personal trainer will be able to teach you how to execute the correct movement patterns so that you get the most from each exercise.

#3 Be-Spoke Regime

You need a set exercise and diet program to follow if you are to achieve your specific goals. A good personal trainer will be able to design you a program which works towards your goals and which is suitable for your current fitness level.

#4 Assessments

It can sometimes be hard to asses whether we are heading in the right direction and making progress. Of course, if you are doing everything properly you will notice that your fitness is improving, and that your clothes are fitting nicely.

That said, it’s also great to have a professional taking assessments for further reassurance. A personal trainer will be able to do fitness tests, take your body fat percentage, body weight, muscle measurements, progress photos, etc.

#5 Full Support from Start to Finish

Not only will you be supported through your exercise sessions, but a good coach will also help you whenever you need them, even outside of your sessions.

One thing I do with LEP clients is let them know that they can contact me at any point during the week with any questions they have. Whether they need advice on what to eat when eating out at a restaurant, or whether they are having a hard time motivating themselves to go to the gym – I am always there to provide a helping hand.

Having an expert on tap whenever you need them is super reassuring and also saves you hours and hours scrolling through the internet, looking for the right answers, only to end up feeling none the wiser!
