Kiss Good Bye To Body Fat!
Dear Body Fat,
I hope you are well?
As you won’t be around for much longer!
1) Burpees (20 reps, rest 20s, 15 reps, rest 15s, 10 reps, rest 10s, 5 reps, rest 5s)
2) High knees (200 reps)
3) Star Jumps (25 reps)
4) Air punches (100 reps)
After completing the 4 exercises above, rest 60s then go again!
