Private Personal Training Studio In Sheffield…

When you join LEP Fitness you get to train in a luxurious private personal training studio which is based in Sheffield.

Our facility is safe, friendly, and welcoming. Everything is personalised, and there are no cues for machines! You’ll get to use the best equipment, that will help you reach your goals as quickly as possible.

Also, unlike commercial gyms, nobody is going to judge you! It’s just you and your trainer, working together as a team to achieve your goals.

YOUR JOURNEY MATTERS TO US…

There’s lots of work and effort that goes into providing the LEP Experience. 

Every imaginable detail is well thought out and tested, with the aim of providing you with the best level of service.

Alongside your personal training sessions, recipe books, meal plan(s), and custom workout programmes, we also pay attention to making you feel as comfortable, and well looked after as possible, for example…

If you need a drink during a workout… we’ll fetch you an ice cold bottle of water, or some fresh juice to quench your thirst.

If you’re tired, and need a caffeine boost, we’ll happily make you a coffee, or cup of tea… to give you that extra bit of focus, and surge of energy to enhance your workout. 

Each session, you’ll receive a soft, fresh towel – for that extra little bit of comfort.

We’ll also ask you about your music preferences, so that we can put on your favourite playlists, tracks, and artists – to get those feel good endorphins surging around your body, and helping to motivate you throughout your workout.
