Ingredients & How to Make:
Cake Recipe : – 50g egg whites, 50g oats, 15g cacao powder, 20g whey protein, 30g philadelphia light, 30g peanut butter, 1 tsp baking powder, and 150ml almond milk. Bake at 160°c for around 20 minutes or until skewer comes out clean. Leave to cool.
Filling : – 20g peanut flour. Mix with water and place into cut out centres. Then add 30g muscle mousse peanut butter cup flavour (topping) – mixed to a thick icing consistency. Place on top of peanut centre and add cut out butterfly bits back on top.
