How to shape your arms at home with a resistance band HOW to SHAPE YOUR ARMS at HOME with a RESISTANCE BAND - written by sheffield personal trainer LEP Fitness - sheffield - sheffield fitness

Do you want to improve the shape and overall appearance of your arms? Make them firmer? increase tone? Do you want to feel more confident in a Summers dress? As a bonus i’ve also done a quick video – to demonstrate! and help you further. All you need is some resistance bands

HOW to SHAPE YOUR ARMS at HOME with a RESISTANCE BAND… 

The Workout:

Resistance band bicep curls x 50 reps + Resistance band tricep extensions x 50 reps. After first set rest 30s and then work your way down i.e. 40 reps for each exercise, rest for 30s, 30 reps each exercise, rest 30s, 20 reps each exercise, rest 30s, 10 reps each exercise…. DONE! 300 reps completed! High Five!
