Just imagine that tomorrow you did the following…
#1 Ate until you were full – and no more! Enjoying every mouthful without distractions from the TV or your phone.
#2 Spent 20-40 minutes exercising – walking out in nature, or popping into the gym.
#3 Spent 20 minutes less on social media and instead used that time to pick up a book and read it.
#4 Spent 5 minutes writing down all the things you are grateful for in life. Some ideas to help: a roof over your head, food, a job, great friend, children, health, wealth, car, pet, warmth, etc, etc.
#5 Took a nice relaxing bath at the end of the day and spent 10-20 minutes reflecting on what you did good, what could be improved and giving yourself a pat on the back for achieving all the above.
What’s stopping you from doing these 5 things and making them a reality?
