7 Awesome Nutribullet Recipes to help you fuel your workouts, recover from workouts, build muscle, lose fat and much more! They all taste damn good and are incredibly quick to make – they all take less than 2 minutes!

#1 Banana Heaven

When to make? Have this as a post workout treat

  • 50g whey protein (banana flavour)
  • 50g vanilla ice cream (dairy free)
  • 1 x banana
  • 400ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 10g honey

#2 Gym NUT Protein Smoothie 

When to make? Breakfast

  • 10g almonds
  • 10g walnuts
  • 10g peanut butter
  • 400ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 x bananas
  • 50g whey protein
  • add a sprinkle of cinnamon

#3 Coffee Ice Cream Frappuccino! 

When to make? Breakfast

  • 400ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 50g dairy free ice cream,
  • 1 x tablespoon of coffee (if you’re hard enough!)
  • 1 x banana
  • 50g whey protein
  • add a sprinkle of cinnamon

#4 The Ultimate hangover cure

When to make? ASAP as soon as you wake up (stop that headache!)

  • 300ml grape juice
  • handful of ice cubes
  • 50g Greek yoghurt
  • 100g frozen berries

#5 Banana Crunch 

When to make? Mid afternoon about 2-3hrs after lunch

  • 400ml almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 2 x bananas
  • 50g chocolate whey
  • 10g dried bananas

#6 Fruity Protein Milkshake

When to make? When you are poorly and need a nutritious boost

  • 300ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 30g blackberries
  • 30g raspberries
  • 1 x banana
  • 50g whey protein
  • 50g dairy free ice cream

#7 A ‘Berry’ Good Pre Workout 

When to make? 30 minutes before a workout.

  • 10g creatine powder
  • 150ml red grape juice
  • 200ml water
  • 60g frozen pineapple
  • 60g frozen mixed berries
